in your email inbox. Only then can you enter the platform and register/publish one or more warehouses by
filling in the fields indicated (note: there are mandatory fields).
You can publish as many warehouses as you like with the same access account.
Yes. Whenever a warehouse is published, a period of time starts, after which it is returned to the owner so
that they can update the information and resubmit it for publication (90 days). To re-publish, you will have to
re-accept the current terms and conditions. Changes to registration information and new conditions will
have no effect on contracts and/or bookings already made.
Yes. Whenever an owner wants to make changes or remove a warehouse, they can do so. All they have to
do is edit the warehouse and, if necessary, make the desired changes. Then they decide whether or not to
publish it again. As long as you don't publish it, it remains inactive.o.
Yes. The description and other free-text areas may not include a reference to the exact location or direct
contact details. Photos cannot include this information either. If this happens, the publication will be
returned for correction.
No. The platform has managers who validate the information and if it complies with the rules they publish it,
but if there are any nonconformities they return it for correction.
During the promotion phase of the platform, no service charges are levied on the property owner or even
the person who booked the property (client). Any changes to this practice will only take effect once the new
conditions have been accepted. The client will only be charged the costs indicated by the property owner
The platform has managers who put the potential client and the property owner in touch with each other
and make themselves available for clarification and help in finalising deals.
